Adopt-a-Drain
Volunteer fifteen minutes, twice a month, for cleaner waterways and healthier communities. Storm drains flow directly to local lakes, rivers, and wetlands, acting as a conduit for trash and organic pollutants. Adopt-a-Drain asks residents to adopt a storm drain in their neighborhood and keep it clear of leaves, trash, and other debris to reduce water pollution.

Adopt-a-Park
Adopt-a-park is a public service program for individuals, families, neighborhood associations, schools, church groups, senior citizens, youth groups, scouts, and businesses to pick up litter, monitor vandalism, care for trees and perform one beautification project per year.

Mahtomedi Area Farmers' Market
The Mahtomedi Area Farmers’ Market brings produce growers, artists, bakers, crafters and community organizations together every Saturday morning throughout the summer in Veteran’s Memorial Park (formerly Triangle Park). Local vendors offer fresh produce, flowers and plants, honey, artisan breads, handmade crafts and artwork and much more!

Mahtomedi Garden Club promotes gardening for people of all ages, supports the sharing of interests and ideas among members, provides educational programs for club members and the community at large, and encourages community beautification and horticultural projects through contributions of money, material, time and talent.
